At Timarron we have 3 working water wells. These wells supplement our main irrigation source, which is run off from rainfall. The photos below show the installation of a new electrical line to get the 3rd well pumping. These 3 wells are all pumping from the Puluxy Aquifer.
Members will notice several other wells around Timarron that are not in use. These wells pump from the Woodbine Aquifer. The amount of water received is so little that it is not worth the cost of electricity and repairs to keep these wells pumping.
