We've started installing our new tee plaques this week. They have a great look! Our goal is to have all 72 plaques in the ground by the first week of November.
Golf course maintenance has also been working closely with the Timarron Golf Committee on proper tee marker placement. Our Director of Golf, Matt Mitchell explains it well in his newsletter-
The new tee plaques have the yardages that match the scorecard and are the yardages that the holes were rated from. For those tenured Members, you may notice some tees now being on different tee boxes, either shorter or longer yardages than you are accustomed to playing. Tee markers are being set to the yardages that the course and hole is supposed to play from and has been rated by the U.S.G.A. As a reminder, Members should not take it upon themselves to move tee markers.
